Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1、负责手写笔和便签的整体规划和体验设计，深入研究平板用户在手写笔和便签使用场景下的需求和痛点，制定针对性的产品策略和落地方案，提升用户的使用体验。

2、持续关注 AI 发展趋势，研究 AI 技术在手写笔和便签中的应用可能性，探索如何将 AI 与手写笔和便签进行有效整合，在书写、记录、整理信息等方面为用户提供创新性的体验。

3、收集用户反馈，分析用户使用数据，根据数据和反馈不断改进手写笔和便签的功能和体验，提高用户满意度和忠诚度。

4、与市场团队合作，制定与手写笔和便签相关的营销策略，突出产品的独特体验和优势，提升产品在市场中的影响力。

岗位要求

1、具备深厚的用户体验设计理念，有良好的用户研究和分析能力，能够通过数据分析准确把握用户需求。

2、对 AI 技术有浓厚的兴趣和深入的了解，能够敏锐地捕捉 AI 发展动态，并将其与产品相结合。

3、富有创新精神和团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力，积极主动地解决问题。

4、拥有出色的沟通协调能力，能够与研发、设计、市场等多个部门高效协作，推动项目顺利进行。

5、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品经理工作经验，有手写笔、笔记类产品经验者优先。
