Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1 、负责建立并实施完善的混合云交付会计核算体系、财务内控管理体系、财务规范；建立健全财务管理的各项制度，财务信息化管理；

2、依据公司经营目标，组织编制公司年(季)预算和滚动预算，负责预算的合理分解落实及监控报告；

3、负责销售流程规范、参与销售合同审核及销售决策分析管理；成本控制体系及定价管理；

4、负责集团公司财务分析和盈利预测, 跟踪各项财务及经营指标，并提出加强经营管理和财务管理的建议；

5、深入业务团队，对涉及财务各类销售工作进行协助和赋能;

6、针对专项或定向分析，搭建分析框架，分析业务实质，提供决策支持信息；

7、参与财务信息化建设，建立成本费用分析数据库并结合工作实践提出修改建议，提高分析时效性；

8、合同审核，相关财务问题解答并组织推进财务内部进行改革；

9、定期输出财务问题改进点，输出业务数据分析报告，对财务内外部进行汇报。。

任职资格：

1、财会、金融、经济等相关专业本科及以上学历，有注册会计师CPA资格者优先;

2、5年以上财务岗工作经验，2年以上云服务成本财务BP岗经验；

3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程;

4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力;

5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。

6、熟练使用excel、word、SAP 等办公软件;

7、细心、严谨，具有较强责任感和服务意识，较强的组织协调与沟通能力。

8、英语可作为日常工作语言
