弊社メインフレームサービスでは、お客様の基幹システムを支えるためのメインフレームシステムの設計、構築、移行、運用サービスを中心とし、お客様の変革と成長を加速するために、日々進化している新技術を取り入れたサービスに注力をおいています。
今回はその重要なシステムをフルライフサイクルで支えるプロジェクトマネージャーのポジションを募集しています。

• ＜職務内容＞
  • メインフレームシステムの設計、構築、移行、運用全般に関してリーダーとして担当
  • プロジェクトマネージャーとしてのチーム管理、メンバーやお客様とのコミュニケーション
  • プロジェクト全体の進捗、課題、品質、リスク管理

Who You Are

必要とされるスキルや経験:

【スキル• 経験】

• メインフレーム（HW製品、z/OS製品、DBDC製品）を中心とした製品知識と構築、移行、運用経験

• 業務をリード/完遂するリーダーシップおよび１０～２０名程度のチーム管理能力

• 製品更改やバージョンアップの プロジェクトマネージャー、リーダーの経験

• インシデント/問題/変更管理を主としたITサービス管理の知識と実践経験

以下のスキルを有しているとなお良い

• 業務アプリケーションや開発経験があればなお良い

• コンサルティングアプローチの経験があればなお良い

望まれる職業上及び技術的な専門知識:

• 複数年、複数回の単独でのリーダー経験があること

• お客様との交渉• 提案を想定したコミュニケーション/ネゴシエーション能力があること

• 社内外において技術的なサポートや育成などギブバックの活動経験があること
