This position is located at the Recycling Center which is a part of Fort Moore Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR).

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

Position, duty hours, location and/or activity are subject to change based on mission requirements.
All required pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation and physical examination.
Possession of a valid state driver's license or CDL to operate a government vehicle with a capacity for transporting 24 passengers is required.
May be required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
This position is covered by the DA Drug-Free Federal Workplace Program. Incumbent is required to sign DA Form 5019-R.
This position has critical safety or security responsibilities and as such has been designated as a testing designated position (TDP).
Incumbent of a TDP is subject to a random drug test that occurs without suspicion that a particular individual is using illegal drugs.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
Ability to communicate in English at a level to assure the duties described can be accomplished in a safe and satisfactory manner.
Demonstrated skills in successfully operating standard tools.
Experience in accomplishing the types of duties described in this job.
Requires a valid state driver's license to operate a 15 passenger vehicle, OR
Requires a commercial drivers license (CDL) with no restrictions to operate a 24 passenger vehicle.
Highly Preferred Criteria:
Willing and able to work a rotating schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance and occasionally heavier items with assistance.

PCS Costs:
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
FWS Allowances and Differentials:
This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
Regular full-time, regular part-time (to include those in a limited tenure appointment category) and regularly scheduled flexible employees are entitled to Sunday premium pay when working Sunday shifts. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 7.5% for the entire shift when a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 1500 and 2400. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 10% of the scheduled rate if a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 2300-0800.
Incentives and Bonuses:
Incentives will not be paid.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid.
