Lead the Way: Guide all aspects
of the Family Medicine Residency Program, from strategic planning to accreditation compliance, while
ensuring residents receive world-class training.
Inspire and Mentor: Serve as a role model for
professionalism and excellence, providing mentorship and coaching to residents and faculty.
Shape
the Curriculum: Oversee the program’s educational framework, ensuring innovative, patient-centered
training.
Foster Collaboration: Work closely with hospital leadership, stakeholders, and accrediting
bodies to maintain a high-performing, collaborative environment.
Deliver Patient Care: Balance
administrative duties with hands-on clinical care, staying connected to the patients and community
you serve.

What You’ll
Bring
Leadership Expertise: At least 3 years of documented educational and/or administrative
experience.
Clinical Excellence: Current Board Certification in Family Medicine and active
involvement in patient care.
A Passion for Education: A commitment to fostering a supportive,
dynamic learning environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational
abilities to engage with faculty, residents, and community partners.
Washington Medical License: Or
the ability to obtain one, along with certifications in CPR, ACLS, and BLS.
