GS-12 Level - You must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11Â level. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience and knowledge using investigative research methods and procedures including data acquisition, analysis, and documentation to address highly complex pipeline operations and ratemaking issues.Â
GS-13 Level -Â You must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level. Specialized experience is defined as:Â Experience and knowledge using investigative research methods and procedures including data acquisition, analysis, documentation and presentation to address extremely complex pipeline operations and ratemaking issues.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word preferred.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. The duty location of this position is Washington, DC. Agency employees are eligible for telework and other workplace flexibilities. Telework days and waiting periods for eligibility are determined when an employee enters on duty.
