The program will start next year, January of 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

During the program, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Final-year undergraduate or graduate-level students from any field of study are welcome to apply. Project management skills important
• Strong academic excellence, extracurricular achievements, and a passion for commercial real estate
• Must have a positive friendly attitude
• Highly encouraged to possess strong analytical and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and creativity.

Requires extended hours during peak periods.

Prerequisites:

The prerequisites for the Analyst Leadership Program, to be submitted one week before the course begins, include the following:

1. MS Excel: Completion of a course and evaluation through a quiz in MS Excel.
2. Letters of recommendation: Submission of two letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to your skills, abilities, and potential as a leader.
3. Valid passport: Possession of a passport that is valid for at least one year beyond the start of the program. This requirement suggests that the program may involve international travel or opportunities.
4. Official college transcripts: Submission of official transcripts from your college or university, which provide a record of your academic performance and achievements
5. SAT/ACT scores: Submission of your standardized test scores from the SAT or ACT exams. These scores serve as indicators of your academic aptitude and preparedness for higher education.
6. College GPA: Submission of your GPA, both weighted and unweighted, if applicable. This measure reflects your overall academic performance during your high school years and may be used to assess your academic capabilities.

These prerequisites help ensure that participants in the Analyst Leadership Program possess the necessary technical skills, educational background, and potential for leadership success.
