Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. This is a Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH 03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing knowledge pertaining to strategic planning methods, concepts, and strategy development and performance management as they relate to IT service delivery and IT portfolio management. Experience utilizing knowledge of unclassified and classified remote computing environments, to include hardware and software solutions for collaboration, and remote specific IT security policy. Experience utilizing knowledge of NIST, DISA, DOD, and DON policies and procedures governing cybersecurity. Experience utilizing knowledge of commonly used IT policies, procedures, security principles and best practices such as but not limited to Public Key Infrastructure, Digital Signatures and Encryption. Experience communicating clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy with senior leadership and functional and technical communities within the DON and DOD. Education Substitution of Education Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
