Handle a variety of Inventory Control tasks and duties on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and support to all departments. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies found through picking (line shorts/missing products) are resolved in a timely manner, to assure picking ship dates and order fulfillment.

IC Clerk Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory discrepancies (line shorts/missing product) and variances through cycle counts, trouble shooting and systematic research
• Coordinate replenishments when product is needed at location
• Communicate to Customer Management as needed
• Update inventory balances as needed
• Participate in physical inventories if needed.
• Partner with Cycle Count Reconciliation Lead to assist variance research
• Assist with processing Cancelled Orders
• Perform inventory transactions when needed. (receipts, adjustments, transfers, and returns) into the WMS System
• Provide coverage for the Inventory Control Supervisor and Lead when needed
• Process damage sheets in SCALE system
• Assist with packing product to move to Reserve

Other Responsibilities as needed:

• Report any unsafe work conditions to management
• Work overtime on an as needed basis
• Keep a neat, clean, and safe work area
• Act as an active member of the Distribution Center team
• May be required to work in other departments within the Distribution Center
• Perform additional tasks as needed

• Inventory Control experience helpful
• Minimum of two years experience in warehousing or distribution environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, WMS systems, and JD Edwards Inventory

The position rate is at $20.75/hour for 2nd shift. Temp to hire position.

2nd Shift runs from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
