Summary Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment See Duties and Qualifications EVALUATIONS: Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:  Experience that demonstrates a journeyman level knowledge in three of five specified trades; specifically Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry or Refrigeration/AC.  Must have adequate working knowledge in the remaining two trades in order to supervise the work force and assist in solving problems. Must be able to recognize deficiencies in all of the trades supervised and apply plan specifications, blueprints, sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams.  Must have knowledge of the National Electrical Code.  Must possess one year of experience in a supervisory position. Must possess or be able to obtain applicable government operator permits.  Must possess and maintain a valid driver¿s license. Responsibility:  Performs recurring routine repairs independently. Ensures that work is performed within the guidelines of Federal and Base Safety Codes.  Meets OSHA regulations. Physical Effort:  Position requires prolonged standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tiring positions.  Lifts and carries objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.  Working Conditions:  Work is performed both indoors and outside at various locations within the Lodging Division, to include the Inns of the Corps and Onslow Beach.  Exposed to the elements of the trades supervised.
