Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment See Duties and Qualifications EVALUATIONS: Qualifications BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be hired at Level 1 (NF2), candidate must have: High school diploma or GED, AND One or more of the following current certifications: (1) Certified Exercise Physiologist- American College of Sports Medicine (2) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist-National Strength and Conditioning Association (3) Certified Personal Trainer-American Council on Exercise (4) Personal Trainer-Aerobic Fitness Association of America (5) Personal Trainer-National Academy of Sports Medicine (8) Physical Fitness related discipline certified through an accredited institution   To be hired at Level 2 (NF3), candidate must have: Bachelor degree in (1) Exercise Science (2) Exercise Physiology (3) Kinesiology (4) Human Performance (5) or Fitness-related field, OR  High school diploma or GED, AND at least five years of experience in personal training, Strength & Conditioning, and/or tactical fitness.
