This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. Qualifications FOR NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent grade level) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing industrial security policies and procedures to assess and manage security requirements for contractors and ensure compliance with Industrial Security Programs. FOR NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent grade level) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: interpreting and applying industrial security policies and procedures to assist with contractor security compliance in support of Industrial Security Programs. This announcement uses the STRL for Direct Support direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-09 and GS-10 grade levels. The full performance level NT-04 is equivalent to the GS-11 and 12 grade levels. The salary range for NT-3 is $68,405 - $97,925. The salary range for NT-4 is $82,764 - $128,956. Several vacancies may be filled. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
