Physician to our rapidly-growing practice. Featuring the region’s most comprehensive network of

About Baptist Rheumatology
We have 4 Rheumatology locations
throughout Jacksonville to include the Beaches (Baptist Medical Center Beaches), Bartram Park
(Baptist Medical Center South), Fleming Island (Baptist Medical Center Clay) and Southbank (Downtown

What You Will Need:
Doctor of Medicine (MD)
or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
Required
Active/unrestricted medical license in Florida Required
Drug Enforcement Administration
(DEA) License Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
