Summary
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a RESOURCE MANAGER, Position Description Number T5432P01 and is part of the OH JFHQ DIMR CFMO, National Guard.

Requirements
Conditions of Employment
1) Must have, at a minimum, a completed National Agency Check (NAC) prior to position assignment.
2) May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours; comp-time and/or overtime may be required.
3) The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial vehicles to perform temporary duty assignments.
4) Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission.
5) This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this positions.
6) This position is designated as Essential Personnel and may be subject to duty in preparation for, or in response to, a state emergency or disaster declaration. This designation will not exceed 14calendar days per year unless otherwise approved in advance by the TAG.
7) Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
8) May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.
9) Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
10) Certification Level 2: THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81,Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051, amending 10 United States Code, section 1599d.Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program. This certification requirement is a condition of employment for this position. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience that demonstrated the ability to:
Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions
Plan and organize work
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Collect and analyze data effectively, efficiently, and accurately
Apply procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material
Present formal training presentations and briefings
Prepare reports and presentation formats.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of equivalent experience to the next lower grade level; experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position;
AND
Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
Education
If you are using education in combination with experience to qualify for this position: completed undergraduate or graduate education, the awarded college degree should be in one of, or a combination of the following disciplines: accounting, business, finance, economics, math, statistics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management.
