Summary This position is part of the Isleta Elementary School, Bureau of Indian Education. As a Business Technician you will be responsible for serving as a Business Technician (Human Resources) in a BIE School on or near the Reservation. The Business Technician (Human Resources) position is the major support position for the BIE School. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Basic Education AND Experience Requirements for the Business Technician 0303-02: Sixty (60) semesters hours in a related field AND one (1) year of related experience OR Associate's Degree in a related field AND one (1) year of related experience OR High School or General Educational Development (GED) Diploma AND three (3) years of related experience. Related technical areas are: Business Accounting Finance Human Resources Related experience could include bookkeeper, budget clerk, financial clerk, purchasing clerk, human resources clerk, or other similar clerical and administrative support functions. Incumbent must have a safe driving record within the three-year period immediately preceding submittal of GSA Form 3607 and be able to meet the safe driving requirements of the Bureau of Indian Education.
