Qualifications

Bachelor¿s degree in personal and professional development, education or a related field appropriate to the work of the position and four years of experience in the occupation, or a related field or work area, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above.
Knowledge of and experience that demonstrates skill to serve as a Program Manager and a recognized expert to independently oversee day-to-day operation of a personal and professional development/education program of large scope and/or involving significant difficulty and responsibility that encompasses mission, function, operation, activity, laws, rules and regulations authorized and funded by the agency.
