Summary
This position is located at Camp Walker, Daegu, South Korea.

Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/physical/background requirements for this position.
Must have current health assessment which documents good mental and physical health, freedom from communicable disease, and immunizations in accordance with current Army and DoD policy including annual influenza vaccinations.
A one year probationary period may be required (either initially or upon conversion, if applicable).
Successful completion of annual training requirements within the prescribed time frame and demonstrated on the job competence is required.
May be subject to an irregular hours, evening and or weekends.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) Check.
Qualifications
Progressive work experience directly related to the duties to be performed as described in numbers 1 thru 6 below equivalent to the next lower grade level.
Experience working with regulatory, personnel, funding, and budgeting proponents. Knowledge of management analysis, personnel development, and APF and NAF funding and oversight relationship to CYS programs.
Four years of program administration experience in child and youth programs.
Experience in training adults and working effectively with command staff, professional staff and parents.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize work, and analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions.
Comprehensive oral and communications skills and analytical writing skills. Ability to present ideas and proposals to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated ability using computers with standard office software such Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and e-mail.
The most highly qualified candidate will have knowledge of and experience in ALL of the following:
Knowledge/demonstrated skill in working with Microsoft Windows and Windows applications; Intranet/Internet database applications; email administration, web page design/development, and server administration; setting up network printers and other peripherals.
Knowledge/demonstrated skill in overseeing and supporting implementation of Child and Youth Management System (CYMS).
Ability to trouble shoot hardware, printers, LAN equipment, scanner, server, and software and swap/replace/upgrade equipment.
Minimum 2 years experience developing and managing NAF budgets, demonstrating ability to determine resources needs and allocation of resources based on analysis of financial data.

Allowances, Incentives and PCS Costs:
Post Allowance will be paid (to eligible US citizen).
Living Quarter Allowance (LQA) IS authorized if eligible.
Incentives will be paid.
Relocation incentive in the amount of up to 25% is authorized.
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest.
Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials
This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Other:
This is a Regular Full-Time position with a minimum of 40 hours/week and eligible for benefits and leave accrual.
