Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying construction management principles to support military construction initiatives; 2) Using construction methods and techniques to interpret contract documents for a wide variety of complex, major construction projects and systems for facilities and environmental projects; 3) Performing quality assurance surveillance to support construction operations; and 4) Interpreting current acquisition law and federal, agency and departmental acquisition regulations to support construction, facilities and environmental contracts.
