Lutheran Hospital, a member of the Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN, has an opportunity for
a Physician Assistant with the Cardiothoracic Surgery program.Ā PA will have maximum exposure to
difficult cases and work in the full continuum of cardiac care with a dynamic team! Requires
licensure as PA with prescriptive authority. Prefer CT Surgery experience but will consider highly

First assist - Endoscopic vein harvesting Complex cardiac , thoracic and vascular surgeries
Full spectrum of cardiac surgery care - pre op and post op care Manage post-op patient, including
arrhythmias, fluid balance and other conditions and treat as appropriate in collaboration with
surgeon Monitor, consult and act as liaison between surgeon, patient, family and staff
