Dignity Health Medical Group - Merced is seeking a Neurologist to join our multispecialty group in Merced, CA. Work with a group of providers and support staff who are more like family members than coworkers, including specialties in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Otolaryngology, General Surgery, Orthopedics and Neurology.

Compensation Range: $270,671 – $315,731 / Year

Merced is a growing city of over 90,000 residents with a 190-bed hospital and a University of CA campus, both of which have attracted a large number of physicians to our community. The UC is also planning for the development of a medical school. Merced is located in an ideal setting that offers the best of both worlds: close proximity to all the amenities of large metropolitan areas and the low cost, low stress environment of a family oriented Central CA community. A short two hours drive will get you to San Francisco; the quaint coastal towns of Monterey and Carmel; and Sacramento, the state capital. Patient Care:

• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

Diagnostic Procedures:

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
• Perform procedures as needed
• Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
