Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Lead Generator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create a seamless and efficient outreach ecosystem that not only identifies and attracts potential leads but also nurtures them through personalized and engaging interactions, ultimately driving conversions and fostering long-term relationships.
- Lead Generation: Utilizing advanced tools and techniques to identify and attract potential leads that align with our business objectives.
- Lead Nurturing: Developing a systematic approach to maintain contact with leads at various stages of the sales funnel, ensuring they receive relevant information and engagement to move them closer to a sale.
- Sales Outreach: Crafting personalized outreach strategies to connect with potential leads, leveraging insights and data to enhance the effectiveness of our sales pitches.
- Email Outreach: Implementing targeted email, and personalized campaigns that deliver compelling content to engage leads, optimizing open and response rates.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Connect with and engage potential leads, using tailored messaging and content strategies to build relationships and credibility. Is a plus.
- Engagement: Focusing on creating meaningful interactions with leads through various channels, ensuring consistent and valuable communication to build trust and rapport.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience working as a Lead Generator, SDR, or similar commercial role.
- Must be: Proficient in ZoomInfo, or similar sales intelligence platforms.
- Must be: Proficient in Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Must have experience with Outreach (lead gen automation tool).
- Experience with appointment setting (demo calls).
- Experience working for other US-based companies.
- Big plus: Experience selling Advertising & Marketing services.
- Experience with sales outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Navigator is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, passionate for sales, and go-getter mindset.
- Excellent personal presentation.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $1,900 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position will start with a trial period of 3-months (full-time), depending on your performance will be extended as a long-term contract
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
