Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with terrestrial and marine natural resources applying, a wide range of concepts, principles, practices, and methodology of natural resources conservation and management; providing advice, review, evaluation, negotiations, or problem solving services on natural resources projects, programs, or functions; AND working with marine resources developing Essential Fish Habitat Assessments and Endangered Species Act (ESA) consultations. OR Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education.
