Summary
This position is in the Administrative Support Section, Division of Administrative Operations of the Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center located in Albuquerque, NM. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct support to the administrative/technical aspects of the Clinical Research Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Project Managers of Division of Study Design and Management.

Qualifications
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING:
DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIREMENT: You must possess a current, valid state driver's license.

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION AT THE GS-06 LEVEL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Possess at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) in Federal Service, that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of a Program Support Assistant, GS-06 position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this position. Specialized experience includes compiling and summarizing information and data, identifying inaccuracies or anomalies, and making written recommendations to resolve discrepancies; using office equipment including a computer and associated software used for database management, scheduling, project planning, and spreadsheets; drafting, writing, and reviewing formal correspondence, technical reports, and other documents in accordance with guidelines and procedures. NOTE: Experience must be fully documented on your resume to receive credit.
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION AT THE GS-07 LEVEL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Possess at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) in Federal Service, that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of a Program Support Assistant, GS-07 position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this position. Specialized experience includes compiling and summarizing information and data, identifying inaccuracies or anomalies, and making written recommendations to resolve discrepancies; using office equipment including a computer and associated software used for database management, scheduling, project planning, and spreadsheets; drafting, writing, and reviewing formal correspondence, technical reports, and other documents in accordance with guidelines and procedures; assuming primary responsibility for assembling the administrative research record for one or more complex multicenter clinical trials (MCT's); monitoring the design of administrative data collection, instruments and procedures, selection of appropriate measures and techniques, study implementation, data analysis, and interpretation of results; managing complex ancillary supply inventories with multiple products and predicting complex shipping schedules. IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Physical Requirements: Incumbent of this position must be able to operate a computer keyboard while conversing on the telephone. Duties will require lifting and carry compact packages weighing up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.

Education
There is no educational substitution at the GS-6 or GS-7 grade level.
