Summary This position is located in the Human and Community Development Unit (HCD), Sector Operations Division, Department of Compact Operations (DCO), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-14/15, MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 3B/3A which is generally equal to GS-14/15. For this position, examples of specialized experience are: serving as a technical resource in planning for the delivery of HCD programming in education, health, social behavior change or user experience (UX) sectors; performing analysis, assessing proposals and preparing briefings; researching, drafting, and preparing effective communications and reports assessing and describing program/project progress, and synthesizing data; and developing strategies, policies and plans related to HCD programs. Note: This experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application.
