Summary
This position is located in the Human and Community Development Unit (HCD), Sector Operations Division, Department of Compact Operations (DCO), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).
Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-14/15, MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 3B/3A which is generally equal to GS-14/15.

Qualifications
To qualify for Pay Band 3b applicants must meet the following:
Qualifying experience for Pay Band 3B includes one year of specialized experience (comparable to the Pay Band 4A or GS-13 or equivalent non-federal experience), which is directly related to the work of this position, and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. For this position, examples of specialized experience are:
serving as a technical resource in planning for the delivery of HCD programming in education, health, social behavior change or user experience (UX) sectors; performing analysis, assessing proposals and preparing briefings; researching, drafting, and preparing effective communications and reports assessing and describing program/project progress, and synthesizing data; and developing strategies, policies and plans related to HCD programs. Note: This experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application.

Highly Desirable: Working knowledge of second language preferably French, Spanish or Portuguese to prepare a variety or written communications, and to participate actively in meetings and work-related discussions (Please include language and level of proficiency, orally and in writing, in your resume),

RECRUITMENT/RELOCATION BONUS may be authorized for this position. If you are not a current federal employee this position may authorize a one time Recruitment bonus to be paid over a specified period. Selected individual will be required to a sign service agreement prior to receiving any bonus payments.
