Recreation Aide (Paint Ball)

Summary Performs a variety of duties in support of the paint ball program. Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment Must pass all applicable records and background check. Qualifications Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. A qualified candidate possess the following: Ability to read, comprehend and adhere to published rules, regulations, standard operating procedures, checklist, and other guides. Ability to learn MWR policies, Rules, and regulations, involving the Community Recreation Program Ability to perform basic custodial task e.g. sweeping mopping, vacuuming, wiping, dusting, etc. Ability to perform basic computer operations and keyboarding skills to include operation of POS systems as well as desk top computers. Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations i.e. addition subtraction multiplication, and division. Ability to perform customer service delivery methods to identify customer needs, deliver expected service and/or resolve routine customer issues. Knowledge that provides a basic understanding of elements of the moral welfare and recreation department to answer customer questions and/or refer them to appropriate activity.
