Job Description
HNI Healthcare is currently seeking a nurse practitioner to join the North Florida Post-Acute Team,
servicing PAM Health Specialty Hospital in Jacksonville. Practicing and new graduate NP’s to be
considered for this full-time position rounding at this long-term acute care and outpatient
rehabilitation center.
This opportunity features:
Monday – Friday & every other weekend
coverage
Flexible schedule – 8 am – 5 pm
Provider driven schedule allows for exceptional quality of
life practice
Average 15-20 daily patient encounters
No procedures
WRVU based incentive model
