• Trainee position. Applicant will be appointed at the level they qualify for. If selected at a trainee level, promotion to the higher pay band level will be noncompetitive upon meeting all eligibility and qualification requirements, performing higher level duties, completion of training agreement, and the recommendation of the supervisor
