Summary
This position is for Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum, New York. FMWR includes Child and Youth Services, Business Recreation, and Support Services, which enable Soldier readiness, support the resiliency and well-being of Soldiers and Families.

Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with Army Regulation 215-3.
This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
An employer referred pre-employment physical examination is required.
Must be willing to accept intermittent, on-call employment.
Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities.
Work schedule will be irregular. The incumbent will be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays and/or special events.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds, AND
math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and inventory, AND
skill in mixing and serving the full range of coffee beverages and other specialty non-alcoholic drinks, AND
experience utilizing a commercial espresso machine (RESUME MUST CLEARLY SHOW THIS EXPERIENCE), AND
ability to cross train and monitor the work of other staff.

FWS Allowances and Differentials
This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work more than 8 hours in a day or more than 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
Incentives and Bonuses
Incentives will NOT be paid.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will NOT be paid.
