Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment See Duties and Qualifications EVALUATIONS: Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years of experience in event marketing, planning, coordination and scheduling, or a combination of experience and education may be substituted for experience. Must possess excellent human relations and communication skills to identify needs of visitors, coordinate with entertainers and to respond to the requests of the audience. Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include nighttime, and weekends. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. may be required.
