ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - CRM

We are searching for a highly motivated  Account Executive to join our team. 

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple clients and collaborating daily with internal team members and agency partners to develop personalized, dynamic, innovative CRM communications (primarily email and direct mail). Enjoys a strategic challenge and appreciates seeing the results of their hard work come to life. 

MUST BE ABLE TO :

  • Proactively communicate with multiple client groups, partner agencies and internal teams
  • Multitask, managing multiple projects simultaneously and within a fast-paced environment
  • Become an expert in the category and serve as a brand ambassador
  • Embrace problem solving/challenges with a collaborative and resourceful approach
  • Attend and actively participate in client meetings, maintain project schedules, update status reports 
  • Ability to manage and direct resources (internally and externally) to work effectively across departments (production, creative, copy edit, etc.)
  • Work with Strategist, Analyst and clients to create and implement coordinated strategies and recommendations, on behalf of client, based upon data, creative testing, reporting metrics, client objectives, etc. for 1:1 consumer marketing
  • Manage direct marketing campaigns including understanding and translating business requirements into strategic / creative framework to ensure achievement of client desired design and execution 
  • Develop and execute new product launch, retention and acquisition programs to support client business goals and objectives

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO US :

  • 2 years of professionally relevant experience (automotive / technology client CRM experience is a plus)
  • Experience working with clients via email/phone as well as in-person
  • Experience working across multiple channels (experience in email and direct mail preferred) 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Sense of humor, empathy, patience and passion for the brand and industry 
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented and has a knack for getting things done
  • Work effectively and confidently across departments and with all management levels 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in Adobe, JIRA and working on DVPOD projects are pluses for this position!
