We are looking to recruit an Inbound Account Executive to join our Inbound Sales team supporting our East Coast Markets.

As member of our US Sales team you will manage inbound sales requests concerning bookings of Blueground properties for respective markets.

What you will focus on:
  • Respond to incoming property sales inquiries full cycle and handling requests (via phone, email, social tools etc) generated from all online sales channels offering clients the best accommodation solution based on their need
  • Maintain an active line of communication with assigned cities local teams (GM, RE, OPS)
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue (meeting and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs)
  • Consistently hit capital targets such as prepayment goals
  • Proactively manage the daily pipeline in our CRM

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top tier University
  • 2-5 years experience in sales or account management in the real estate sector in a quota carrying role (experience working in a B2C environment)
  • Ability to run proper exploratory/discovery calls, be an active listener, manage objections and negotiation
  • Ability to use and understand CRM
  • Customer first mindset and closing mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Coachable individual able to implement feedback
  • Highly consultative, active listener, with strong objection management and negotiation skills
