Outside, Inc. is looking for a full-time Account Management Coordinator. This team-oriented Account Coordinator will join the energetic and collaborative Ad Marketing and Sales Department. The Account Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the post-sales marketing team in striving for client satisfaction and campaign execution.Â
The ideal candidate has a background in client facing roles with account / project management and is exceptionally organized. We’re looking for a coordinator who is able to manage timelines, deliverables and multiple stakeholders.Â
Description
The Account Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of the marketing process for Outside, including client management, communications and relations, holistic project management, all native content execution, analytics and reporting, and overall support for Outside Inc.’s post-sales marketing team. The ideal candidate must be an organized, proactive problem solver, and have a positive attitude with a strong desire to advance their marketing skills. The Account Coordinator will work closely with and in support of all team members on the post-sales team as well as communicate effectively with a remote team and department leader.Â
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with pre-sales, sales and digital media planning teams to move sold advertising deals into post-sales execution.
- Ensure campaigns are delivering on all contracted scopes of work across all platforms, including digital, social, email, podcast, print and eventsÂ
- Be the go-to and daily point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, timelines and KPIs
- Holistically project manage all custom content deliverables and ensure timely delivery
- Drive production schedules and approval processes, asset collection, internal team alignment and trafficking and development and deployment of custom content, including social and email
- Gather and measure analytics, track pacing, reporting to clients and final recapping that include insights and key learnings
- Define and activate optimization tactics that ensure top performance of native content
- Oversee the management of sponsored social post execution across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram channels. Includes creation, posting, optimizing, routing and measurement.
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience in client facing work and/or account management
- Capacity to balance, prioritize and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
- Organization skills to track many things at the same time
- Proactive and positive approach to problem solving to ensure projects stay on track
- Strong client relations and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Deep understanding of Google docs as well as analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Smartsheets, Facebook Insights, Asana, Dropbox, Pressboard and Hubspot)
- Enthusiasm, personality, a passion for teamwork, and a positive attitude are all essential for success
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field

Remote jobs that can be performed in Boulder, Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $45,000 to $60,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and many more. The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role, and may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
