In this role you will:
  • Collaborate with Demand Facilitation to manage client relationships and campaigns, pre-sale and post-sale.
  • Act as the go-to point of contact and subject matter expert for clients and their campaigns.
  • Help educate clients on the Magnite offering, supply, and overall programmatic landscape.
  • Monitor pipeline and track revenue progress toward the team and company goals.
  • Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and client insights.
  • Provide campaign reporting, insights, and updates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify roadblocks that may be preventing successful delivery and campaign performance.
  • Conduct in-market meetings and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with Sales.

We're looking for someone with:
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising - including experience with RTB/programmatic and digital advertising. Work experience at an agency, DSP, or SSP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; and effective in client interactions.
  • Strong analytical/Excel skills; including the ability to spot trends in large data sets
  • Possess an understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, and technologies; and campaign planning & buying (including RTB).
  • Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are outcome-focused while demonstrating accountability, ownership, and urgency for results.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity that leads to actionable insights that benefit your accounts.
  • Possess a hunger for undertaking new challenges that directly impact the business.
  • Balance competing dynamics in a fast-paced and complex environment.

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $62,000 - $82,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
