📋 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Success Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring our solutions align with their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address any client issues promptly, maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand the client relationship by suggesting additional services or upgrades.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product, to align on client needs and goals.
  • CRM Expertise: Maintain accurate records in CRM software, keeping track of account status, feedback, and opportunities.
Requirements
🎓 What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Proven track record in account management or similar customer-facing roles, ideally in the B2B software industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and experience navigating complex customer organizations.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients.
    • Strong organizational skills and time management to handle multiple accounts.
    • Proactive approach to solving client issues and maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Sales Insight: Ability to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Technical Tools: Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and focused on client success and satisfaction.
