At the Magnite, Account Managers, Client Success, as a part of the Seller Accounts team, play a central role in maximizing relationships and assisting our sellers. Our Account Managers become experts in the Magnite DV+ platform and the programmatic landscape and will guide our sellers in all the inventory and yield management tools available to them. They are responsible for assisting with onboarding new clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing resources and insight to help customers achieve their revenue goals. If you have experience in the digital advertising field with a strong analytical aptitude and excellent customer service/communication skills, we have a great opportunity for you.
In this role you will:

  • Serve as the first contact & consultant to accounts deemed eligible to be a part of the Account Services group
  • Direct sellers to the variety of resources available to be self-sufficient in the Magnite DV+ Platform
  • Work collaboratively in a queue/ticketing based system to respond to a large number of accounts
  • Answer questions regarding key inventory/yield metrics, and provide analytics/reviews to customers
  • Provide consultation on implementation best practices for features selected
  • Identify & deliver actionable insights to customers to inform their business rules & initiatives
  • Consult on new revenue opportunities for sellers to increase the value of their inventory and overall account revenue.


We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ year's experience working in Client Success or similar function
  • Relevant online advertising experience is a plus (e.g. at a seller/buyer/adtech in operations, analytics, or consultative sales)
  • A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated track record of executing and delivering excellent results with speed and accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Innovative thinking and an ability to quickly and easily adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to function independently while proactively and effectively communicating with teammates
  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks & prioritize
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
