Vocantas is looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team on the East Coast of the US!
As an Account Manager at Vocantas, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding our relationships with key business clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing client retention, and increasing revenue opportunities through strategic management and deployment of our communication solutions.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere on the East Coast of the US, working in a remote work model!
What your day will look like:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and how our products can meet those needs
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for sales within existing client accounts; collaborate with sales teams to reach prospective clients
- Strategic Account Planning: Create detailed business plans to facilitate the achievement of goals and quotas
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to suggest upgrades and additional features tailored to client needs
- Client Training and Support: Guide clients through the technical aspects of our solutions and lead training sessions to ensure effective product use
- Feedback Loop Management: Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams; communicate client feedback to the product development and technical teams for the creation of future offerings or product enhancements
- Reporting and Administration: Manage account updates and keep comprehensive records of client interactions using CRM systems; prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in client services, particularly in the technology or software sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport and foster effective relationships
- High degree of professionalism and a results-driven approach
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
- Experienced working in the SaaS industry highly advantageousÂ
- Workforce Management or Healthcare sector experience is highly advantageousÂ
- Experience working in UKG/ADP/Ceridian-Dayforce/Infor partner channels highly advantageousÂ
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Legally authorized to work in the US
