Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accountant to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, financial reporting and audit support; this person will play a critical role for the company, including overall financial management. 

Responsibilities: 

• Analyzing and Recording Journal Entries in the ERP system 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. 

• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation packages 

• Advise on financial and accounting issues. 

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as needed 

• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations. 

• Support internal and external audits. 

• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor level degree in Accounting or Finance. 

• CPA certification desired but not mandatory. 

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public company. 

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills. 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, hands-on environment. 

• Flexibility to take on multiple responsibilities as needed. 

• Onsite requirement: 4 days a week in Guadalajara, MX.
