Job Responsibilities:

• Matching, coding and batching invoices
• Data entry
• Process expense reports
• Reconciliation and verification of invoices and/statements
• Preparation of monthly reports
• Processing invoices into customer portals
• Additional duties as assigned

• 3 -5 years' work experience in Accounts Payable responsibilities
• Associates degree, preferred
• Strong and accurate Data Entry skills
• Experience in ERP system. Syteline experience is a plus.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite
• High attention to detail
• Customer Service oriented
