Job Description

 As an ACO Program Coordinator, you will support the coordination, implementation, and administrative activities related to our Accountable Care Organizations participation in the MSSP program. Your role will involve working closely with various internal stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, and administrative staff, to ensure effective ACO operations and compliance with program requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Assist with the MSSP ACO Application Process by ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met from formation to final signing
  • Aid currently operating ACOs through any annual change request cycle requirements
  • Oversees MSSP ACO annual public reporting requirements for all ACOs
  • Collaborates with marketing to ensure all public websites are set to CMS standards and reflect accurate information
  • Collaborates with ACO leadership to create, maintain and educate staff on standard operating procedures
  • Maintains an accurate ACO roster of participating physicians and staff for ACOs
  • Oversees the archiving of policies and procedures related to each of Privia’s ACOs
  • Facilitates meetings across internal departments and markets to ensure consistency across all ACOs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of ACO operations and performance
  • Attend CMS led educational sessions to identify key changes that all Privia staff should be aware of for operational alignment. Facilitate communication to ensure staff are up to date with key changes
  • Support the implementation, performance and submission requirements for MIPS eligible TINs/clinicians aligned with Privia Medical Group entities.
  • Coordinate the development of ACO board decks, where assigned
  • Support CMS ACOs during the annual quality reporting cycle as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration preferred, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Entry level knowledge of the MSSP program and its requirements
  • Project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in healthcare quality improvement, performance monitoring, or population health management is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $56,000.00 to $70,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% and restricted stock units based on performance in the role. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
