Job Description: As a Recreation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional programs and services. From lifeguarding to fitness instruction, you'll interact positively with guests and promote our hotel facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in all areas of recreation, including lifeguard duties, fitness attendant tasks, and team-building activities.
• Maintaining an updated training manual and ensuring program safety.
• Developing and implementing poolside programming during the summer months.
• Coordinating activities for the weekly calendar and assisting with corporate group recreation events.
• Handling disciplinary concerns and maintaining equipment for outdoor lawn games.
• Being an integral part of the Fitness Center as a Fitness Attendant.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet customer service needs.

Essential Qualifications:

• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's Degree in recreation, education, or hospitality (preferred).
• Minimum of three years of experience in Resort Recreation operations.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification (required).
• Red Cross Lifeguard certification (preferred).
