If you are an analytical and operative person and have a passion for retail, then this Coach position is right up your alley. Your understanding of store operations brings clarity to your team, and your ability to empower peers and direct reports gets results.

Our Coaches specialize in one business area, and as an Admin Assistant Coach , you will support the management of the daily business in the Back-of-House area, reporting to the Central-South Super User.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinating inboxes & schedules of Employees and external visitors.
• Owning and responsible for internal communication across all channels.
• Keeping all stakeholders updated and ensure that the communication culture remains high;
• Supporting our Super User in using all relevant tools.
• Maintaining a high level of office/BOH organization while working in a compliant environment

What you bring:

• Enthusiasm and passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• An analytical mindset and e xperience of working with data.
• Strong organization and execution skills, comfortable with navigating in an international and dynamic environment.
• Very good command of both German and English (written and spoken) is a pre.
• Strong focus on communication.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
