Your Role and Responsibilities
Los empleados de este rol en contacto con el cliente tienen asignadas oportunidades y es posible que tengan asignadas cuentas o territorios específicos. Actúan como un asesor técnico ante los clientes y derriban los impedimentos técnicos para la venta de productos y soluciones de IBM. Este especialista garantiza la viabilidad técnica de la solución cualifica las oportunidades conoce los entornos empresariales y técnicos del cliente y gestiona la planificación de la implementación. Cuando gestiona una oportunidad específica es responsable de la precisión técnica de la solución propuesta.

• Bazy Oracle i MSSQL (umiejętności analityczne)
• Serwery aplikacyjne – (działanie administracja) – Jboss Windows Server IBM WebSphere
• Technologie konteneryzacji oparte o OpenShift Docker Kubernetes
• Sieć (konfiguracja diagnozowanie)
• Technologie programowania (SQLJAVAPHPHTMLCSS)
• Automatyzacja (jenkins języki skryptowe: bash perl)
• Technologie monitoringu (SiteScope Nagios Zabbix)
• Kontrola wersji (GIT)
• Wiedza dot. metodyki AGILESCRUM PRINCE2
• Wiedza administracyjna n/t oprogramowania dot. Zarządzania wiedzą/projektami (Jira Confluence)
• Wiedza z obszaru oprogramowania zarządzajacego Change/Task/Problem/Request Managmentem (HP Service Manager Quality Center)
• Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia dokładność i systematyczność
• Przynajmniej Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (czytanie i rozumienie dokumentacji)
• Otwartość na poznawanie nowych technologii IT oraz zdolność szybkiego uczenia się
• Umiejętność skutecznej komunikacji z otoczeniem
• Dyspozycyjność w sytuacjach awaryjnych

• Technologie konteneryzacji oparte o OpenShift Docker Kubernetes
