Ads GTM Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ads GTM Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring that project/GTM ideas are implemented effectively by working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations. The ideal candidate will also work closely with sales to address feedback and requests, and assist with ad-hoc initiatives as needed.

What You Will Do

• Project Implementation:




Ensure that project ideas are executed according to the expected details and timelines.

Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain alignment with the planned schedule.




• Alignment and Coordination:

Coordinate key visual (KV) elements, calendars, and product copywriting with Marketing. Ensure all materials are stored in a central location for easy access.

Facilitate effective communication and alignment between different departments to ensure cohesive project execution.




• Sales Coordination:

Collaborate with the sales team to gather and address feedback.

Assist with any requests from sales and provide necessary support to meet their needs.




• Ad-Hoc Initiatives:

Support various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in taking on new responsibilities as required.

What You Will Need

• Minimum 1 year of working experience 
• Proven experience in project coordination, operations or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in excel/google sheets/powerpoint and basic SQL
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Open to acquiring new skills and taking on diverse projects
