Advanced Practice Provider - ENT (NP)

The ENT Outpatient Clinic here at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking to add a part time Advanced Practice Provider. This is a well-established clinic with highly experienced medical and administrative staff.

AHCG is a non-for-profit 49-bed, Level III trauma center that has been recognized as one of the leading innovators in person-centered care. The ENT clinic has an outstanding referral base of providers in the system.

Located 85 miles east of Portland in the majestic Columbia River Gorge, The Dalles features old-growth forests, rushing waterfalls, and year-round access to outdoor recreation including downhill and cross-country skiing, kayaking, kitesurfing, windsurfing and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.

Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications):

• • • Active Licensed NP (Master’s degree required for PA)
    • Board Eligible or Certified in area of specialty
    • ENT experienced preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• • • Knowledgeable with electronic medical records system (EPIC)
    • Positive interpersonal and communication skills
    • Willingness and ability to expand and maintain clinical competence in the specialty field, working closely with highly competent primary care, specialty medical and surgical care.
