Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、消费个人客户智能体产品定义和规划：定义智能体功能需求，用户体验设计，确保创新和竞争力。

2、项目管理：领导业务和工程师等跨职能的团队制定详细的项目计划，监控进度，并解决问题，确保及时、高质量的项目交付。

3、沟通和协调：与不同部门和级别的同时进行沟通，确保利益相关方清楚项目目标、进度和结果。

4、数据驱动决策：基于数据的分析，为产品迭代和改进做出决策。

岗位要求：

1、教育背景：计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程或相关专业本科以上学历

2、工作经验：至少2年软件产品管理经验或者系统项目管理经验

3、技术技能：了解机器学习、自然语言处理等人工智能技术，了解人工智能产品的开发过程。

4、项目管理：精通敏捷开发方法，

5、沟通技巧：优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧，能够在多元文化环境中清晰地表达想法

6、解决问题的能力：在压力下保持冷静，迅速找到应对挑战的解决方案，并表现出强大的韧性。
