Administers and configures AMS platforms and integrated systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Performs routine maintenance tasks and updates to maintain optimal system performance.

Leads the implementation and maintenance of robust security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues promptly, including root cause analysis, and offer guidance to junior team members.

Manages and maintains security and patch levels on AMS platforms, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational requirements.

Offers expert technical support to end-users, resolving issues and providing comprehensive solutions to related problems.

Collaborates effectively with the helpdesk team and technology vendors to address user needs and provide guidance to junior staff members.

Leads the off-hours support as needed, ensuring the maintenance of critical business operations with minimal disruption.

Maintains comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and processes. Play a significant role in the development and update of IT policies and procedures, which may include ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM process activities.

Ensures adherence to regulatory, security, and company policies, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and SOX, and promote best practices throughout the organization.

Manages relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Evaluates and recommends solutions for issues and operations involving the company's AMS platforms based on extensive experience and industry knowledge.

Takes a lead role in IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and migrations. Lead project planning, set deadlines, and coordinate project resources, including integration with other departments as needed.

Provides advanced tier 2-4 level support to staff members and company associates, mentoring and guiding junior team members.

May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field recommended.

Five (5) plus years of experience with AMS systems, with progressively increasing levels of expertise and responsibility.

Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
-
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
-
In-depth knowledge of company’s existing AMS platforms and associated systems (HHAeXchange, AlayaCare, AppointMate, Celltrak, etc.).

Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
-
Proficeincy in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2013/2016/Office 365.
-
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Proven project management skills.
Salary: $81,000.00 - 111,400.00
