How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
  • Works closely with other departments within the Saputo organization, including Operations, Regulatory, R & D, QA, Sales, Legal and Accounting to fulfill Customer requests.
  • Maintain communication link between customers, sales, service providers and division personnel regarding requests and any roadblocks that prevent the delay in expected deadline and due date of request.
  • Maintain complete documentation of requests, inquiries and related problem-solving activities.
  • Work with the Plant and Corporate Quality Assurance to maintain complaint documentation and response to the complaint provider as applicable.
  • Decision making and coordination of responses with short lead times.
  • Collaborate and implement special projects, processes, cross functional and system improvements with Customer Service Managers and others within the Saputo organization as applicable.
  • Other projects as assigned

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You
  • 5 years of prior Customer Service and/or Master/Quality data experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry a plus.
  • Time management and organization skills critical. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
