The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Process Analyst Customer Operations, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Troubleshooting of EDI, API and Esker issues identified internally, submitted via customers or VANs
- Resolving EDI Level 1 and 2 support issues where there is little technical expertise required
- Analyze daily reports through Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables and V Lookups
- Investigate and resolve 810 EDI billing issues and failed EDI 850 purchase orders
- Manage Solventum tickets in VSRM and Salesforce
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher and four (4) years of experience in process analyst or customer service in private, public, government, or military environment
OR
- High School Diploma and eight (8) years of Process Analyst or Customer Service in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with EDI/SAP system experience preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in cross- functional groups along with internal and external customers
- Handling non-routine and difficult inquiries. Adapts differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve conflicts before they become problems
Work location: Remote-United States
Travel: May include up to 5%[domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
