Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced People Analytics specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making and drive business success. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating People related Dashboards for the leadership team, handling projects end-to-end, coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Incumbent will be expected to create People related Dashboards for the leadership team.
• Will be responsible to handle global projects end-to-end related to Human Resources.
• Will be instrumental in building data visualizations (Storytelling).
• Will be handling the global stakeholders directly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in people analytics & reporting.
• Must have experience in handling large size datasets.
• Must have working knowledge of data visualization tools like Domo or Power BI.
• Proven experience with Advance Excel, SQL and Data Automation.
• Advanced knowledge of programming using Python & Power Apps will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
