We are currently seeking an Analyst, Sales Compensation and Commission Administration to join our Revenue Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapi dly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
- Serve as go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales compensation
- Contribute to process of sales compensation setup, system administration and calculations, exceptions, and payouts
- Day-to-day data and process execution, auditing and analysis of the sales compensation system and data Proactively inspect the business and identify value-adding analysis
- Perform value-adding analysis and data compilation to support critical business functions, sometimes taking the lead
- Demonstrate an understanding of the business and a desire to continue learning Able to effectively communicate across the organization Identify and properly escalate concerns and issues in a timely manner
- Become proficient and knowledgeable in the data and operations the RevOps team is responsible for delivering to the business for sales compensation matters
- Contribute to projects / processes, working independently with some supervision Challenges faced are typically moderately complex

- Able to understand business problems and present solutions as well as help execute on them as related to sales compensation Must be well organized and time sensitive to meet tight tactical timelines and deadlines
- Demonstrates mastery of tactical tasks and analysis Ability to advise exec leaders Strong and effective communication skills to all levels of employees within RevOps and across the company
- Skills include clear, concise, and direct in-person, email, and presentation communications, including effective listening and knowing one's audience
- Demonstrates the highest level of cultural and ethical standards as well as work ethic and integrity Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through education and some work experience
- Works extremely well in a team environment showing respect for others' thoughts, empathy, and agility for learning from others
- Values and seeks coaching and feedback from upper management as well as peers in order to learn and continue developing
- Extremely accountable for timely completion of work, consistency, and an attitude that focuses on priorities, teamwork , and respect Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and its functions like filtering, sorting, formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, and formatting for professional presentation and organization of data
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a sales compensation tool (Captivate IQ is a plus) and with a CRM such as SalesForce
- Eagerness, drive, strong intellectual horsepower, and hunger to learn everything about our business, take on more responsibility, and be a value-adding team player within the first six months of joining
- Thrives in an extremely fast-paced and ever-changing business environment with ability to balance multiple projects at once and has confidence to ask for help with prioritization while also taking initiative without asking for direction
- Helps manage projects / processes, working independently with some supervision
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year plus 5% bonus
